75th ANNIVERSARY - 2010

2010 is the club's 75th anniversary and the members intend to celebrate and mark this occasion by hosting a Four Player Team Competition on 31st July. It will be a full handicap stableford event with the two best score of the team to count. It is open to Men, Ladies or a mixed team with maximum handicaps of Men 28 and Ladies 36.The cost is £160 per team which will include all green fees and the usual stupendous prizes and a three course dinner.

It is anticipated that a marquee will be erected for the event and a social evening will be held on Friday evening 30th July in the marquee. On Sunday 1st August the club will also host the annual   Brackenwood Invitation. It is very probable that most of us will not be around for the club's centenary and therefore this is your one and only chance to celebrate such an event. If you do not take part I can virtually guarrantee you will regret it in a few years time. How do i know? Because those that did not take part in the Jubilee celebrations 25 years ago have regretted it ever since.
